Note: Meditation supplies are provided however you are welcome to provide your own cushions or benches. Tea and water are not provided at the moment so please bring your own cup or water bottle. You are welcome to leave during walking meditation or during the refreshment break.

This is a silent retreat providing an opportunity for people to go more deeply into their individual practices. Both beginning and experienced practitioners are welcome.
